I think March has the best Trunk Show Exclusives I have seen in a long time… the Travel case and La Totale are one of my fav prints and the Dot Bloom was one of my very first statement pieces that hands down gets the MOST attention ever!

With my recent increase in free time and brain space, I have been turning focusing to my Stella Dot business. I learned so much with Bona Clara as it relates to social selling dynamics that I transfer to Stella, the biggest takeaway being courage. Mike Loner is the Chairman of the board of directors for Stella and Dot and also one of the keynote speakers at the event. His focus was primarily on happiness, whatever you define that as. If you want to be happy – gratitude has to be a part of your life. He gave examples of leaders who seemed to have it all going for them, but then have taken the time and have gotten themselves TRULY happy – they see success in not only their personal life but in their business!
Happiness isn’t something you pursuit its something you do every day, its something that comes from living a life filled with decisions that you know make you happy, its living a life of gratitude and understanding how you get to each stepping stone, that is where the “happy” we chase after will come from.
He went on to say “I am the luckiest man in the world – because of the woman in my life”, then he named his wife and why she is just perfect for him, his 2 daughters, Jessica Herrin, Blythe and even Danielle. He said the woman in my life shape who I am – and for that I am the luckiest man in the world. He gave me chills. He brought tears to my eyes. (The air conditioning must have been getting to me, who cry’s)
He told us a story about a young woman named Ruth Lorenzo who he met in London years ago. They got to talking one day after Church and his wife invited her to dinner. Ruth was able to talk to Mike about what she loved, singing and how she wanted to try out for “X factor” for many seasons but she was in a relationship that was very controlling and prevented her from going on her own and doing something like that.
Eventually Ruth got the courage to be the Bold and Beautiful woman she was and she tried out … this is a video of her final audition. You can just feel the passion and desire in her voice and see if vibrate through her body and to the ends of her fingers and the tips of her toes.

I was fortunate enough to attend Hoopla in Las Vegas this year with my upline and one of the girls on my down line. It wasnt what I expected, actually I am not sure what I expected… but it wasnt all about sales, it was very warm and fuzzy. Not in a “here is my story kinda way” but in an “anything can happen” kinda way (the theme song for the 1st diamond director team). As I mentioned before I was luck enough to attend hoopla in las vegas this year with my amazing upine Nicole Hazen and her entire up line teams as well as my beloved Erica (downline). We stayed in the beautiful Paris Hotel!
It was an experience to say the least. It wasn’t filled with sales tips as one may think – but instead it was filled with figuring out what makes YOU happy. Gratitude and genuine happiness were the themes through out the entire three days.
Everyone was dressed fabulously and decked out with jewels which was a blast, I loved seeing how stylists would wear the pieces in different ways.
Jessica Herrin, Founder and CEO speaks with such eliquince and certanty – she says over and over how much she beleives in you – to the point where you beleive it yourself. Sitting in a room of 3000 stylists, who’s passion, drive and entrepreneurial spirit are overflowing gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. 
Jessica called Stella Dot an effort in, results out type of business: the more effort you put in the more results will come. The key to this is… CONSISTENCY rather than small bursts of activity. Watching woman walk across the stage receiving recognition for their efforts, made me want to be up there, made me want to work my business better so that I can be a part of my up lines success.

It was a fabulous few days and I am so so so happy I attended.
I am OVER THE MOON excited to go to Vegas on Sat for Hoopla, Stella Dots annual conference. Never ever did I EVERRR think I would say such a thing but I have really grown to love this company and the woman in it.
Needless to say, in true Frank form I am getting ready 1/2 way and last min…
